Our dynamic digital financial services company prioritizes accessibility, aiming to empower farmers and rural communities with convenient solutions. Who We Are

We are a dynamic Digital Financial Services company with a strong focus on financial inclusion for Agri-sector and rural economy. We have received the pilot approval by the State Bank of Pakistan to operate as an Electronic Money Institution (EMI).

The Context

Approximately 60% of Pakistan’s documented population of more than 220 million still resides in Rural areas and the agricultural sector absorbs a soaring 38.5% of the country’s labor force. This sector contributes to over 22.7% of Pakistan’s GDP yet even with a valuation of USD 77 billion, it stands devoid of having much formal access to financial services available from more than 30 financial/banking institutions of Pakistan.

Our Vision

We believe that Digital Financial Services could be key to increasing agricultural productivity because of its huge potential for financial inclusion by making financial services and products accessible even to the marginalized farmers and farming families. This is the big bet at Digitt Plus. We are bringing Fintech to the Agri communities.

Our Mission

In the immediate aftermath of the greatest flood crisis to hit the nation, the collective conscience of Pakistan is finally awakening to the spirit, sacrifice and struggle of the rural and Agri-sector. With Akhtar Group’s strong origins and foothold in this sector, we want to create something which brings financial inclusion to the Agri communities – building for those who build this nation. Your goal is to make us commercially sustainable and more valuable, by identifying and guiding the business toward opportunities, driving the organization to make the best possible decisions, and enabling effective implementation and operations, with proactive and trusted risk management.

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will work on impactful projects ranging from developing critical data pipelines that help run the business, building tools to analyse the content partnerships, and creating ecosystems that guide business leadership on optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of our partner-facing business teams.

You will be responsible for understanding our business data and helping business leaders make sense of business operations through timely, accurate, and robust business intelligence. You will use Business Intelligence tools to make useful datasets, establish best practices for datasets and reporting, and develop expertise in various data domains.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.
  • Manage sales activities to generate revenue.
  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
  • Analyse market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
  • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
  • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
  • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.
  • Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
  • Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and other promotional activities.
  • Lead development and deployment of centralized reports, dashboards, models, and tools to analyse, report, and present partnerships and operations-related data that is associated with Channel Planning and wider Business goals.
  • Use effective data visualization and analytical skills to simplify complex business flows and enable faster decision-making and execution.
