THESE ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DIGITT+ TPL INSURANCE(the “Terms & Conditions”). BY USING THE DIGITT+ TPL INSURANCE(“INSURANCE SERVICE”), THE CUSTOMER (“You”) AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.

BILL INSURANCE

   
1.      About This Insurance

Bill Insurance helps ensure continuity of essential utility services by providing financial support for covered bill payments in eligible circumstances. It is designed to reduce the financial impact of unforeseen events and assist with managing recurring household expenses. Coverage, payment limits, and eligibility are subject to the policy terms and conditions.

2.   Special Exclusions

1.       War (whether declared or not), Terrorism & SRCC exclusion, including exclusion of any other political risk unless otherwise specifically covered.

2.    Nuclear Risks Exclusion.

3.    Cyber Risks Exclusion.

4.    Sanction Limitation Exclusion

5.    Communicable Disease Exclusion Clause

6.    Bodily injury willfully incurred.

7.     Death, bodily injury due to or resulting from internal self- injury, suicide or attempted suicide (whether felonious or not)

8.    Death, bodily injury due to resulting from or happening during intoxication, insanity, fighting or unlawful act on part of the Insured Customer or surgical or medical treatment, except in case where such treatment is made necessary by the particular injury for which the claim is made.

9.    Death or bodily injury resulting from service on duty with armed forces.

10. Football, polo, motorcycling, hunting, steeple chasing, mountaineering (involving the use of ropes or guides), racing of any kind, winter sports & hang gliding and any kind of sports related activities.

11.    No cover for any kind of medical expenses whether accidental or otherwise.
