Terms and Conditions for Enabling OTP Bypass

By opting to enable the OTP Bypass feature in the EMI app, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully:

 

1. Assumption of Responsibility

1.1. You understand that enabling OTP Bypass will allow transactions to be completed without requiring a One-Time Password (OTP).
1.2. You take full responsibility for all transactions conducted using your account once this feature is enabled.
1.3. You acknowledge that any unauthorized transactions, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, resulting from OTP Bypass activation, will be solely your responsibility. The AFT and its associated entities will not be liable for any financial loss.

 

2. Security and Risk Acknowledgment

2.1. You understand that bypassing OTP increases the risk of unauthorized transactions to your account.
2.2. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your device, PIN and OTP.
2.3. You acknowledge that activating OTP Bypass means that no OTP authentication will be required for transactions, which may be less secure in certain situations.

 

3. Acceptance of Terms

3.1. By enabling OTP Bypass, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
3.2. You acknowledge that you are opting into this feature voluntarily and understand the associated risks.

 

By proceeding with OTP Bypass activation, you accept full accountability for all transactions and agree to the terms outlined above. If you do not agree, please do not enable this feature.
