Digitt+ does not charge any fees for sending mobile load through your Digitt+ account. However, your mobile service provider may apply charges/taxes for the mobile load transaction.
You might be unable to send mobile load from your Digitt+ app due to following reasons:
- The amount you are entering is less than the minimum amount for mobile load
- The amount you are entering is higher than the maximum amount for mobile load
- Insufficient account balance
- You have consumed your transactional limits
- Solution: Upgrade your account level
You can edit the payment details before the transaction is submitted. The transaction cannot be reverted once it is completed. You are requested to recheck the transaction at ‘Review Details’ screen before the request is processed.
Yes, you can easily pay your postpaid bill using your Digitt+ account. Simply select ‘Postpaid’ from the ‘Mobile Loads & Packages’ option and enter your postpaid number to complete the payment.
- Login to your App
- Tap on ‘Mobile Loads & Packages’
- Select ‘Make your own Package’
- Enter the required minutes, messages & data along with the validity
- Digitt+ will recommend the available bundles according to the desired needs.
